I recommend Highrise for small businesses that take CRM seriously. I have a small staff and we’ve had a solid crm delivery with Highrise. I like the part, too, that it’s from the basecamp guys. Some weak links though--it doesn’t have a pipeline and KPs, but the bottom line is, it fits a small business CRM.
